I offer specialized online therapy for adults with OCD, eating disorders, and the overlap between the two. I am licensed in the state of Georgia and can provide therapy to clients located in PSYPACT states. I use evidence-based practices ERP, CBT, ACT, and DBT with an attachment focused lens. My training has included university counseling centers, hospitalization programs, outpatient community mental health centers, and private practice. I have attended specialized training for OCD using ERP through the IOCDF and The Knowledge Tree. I have years of experience treating individuals with eating disorders in higher and lower levels of care.

For Referring Providers

  • Specialized OCD treatment, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

  • Outpatient eating disorder and body image treatment

  • Integrated care when OCD and eating disorder symptoms overlap

  • Longer-term care after short-term treatment such as IOP or PHP

  • Evening or Saturday appointments

  • Online sessions

  • Cts located in Georgia or a participating PSYPACT state

I may be a good fit for clients who need:

  • Clients who need crisis services or a higher level of care.

  • Happy to serve as a potential outpatient provider following step down

Not the right fit for:

$240 intake, $200 per subsequent therapy session. Out-of-network; superbills provided. Limited sliding-scale spots. Current availability: Evening weekdays afters 4 pm est and Saturday mornings before 1 pm est.
